Yiling pharmaceutical to revise articles, adjust estimates, and close project

Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical's board of directors approved several key changes on December 5, 2025. The company will revise its articles of association, update several governance policies, and modify its accounting estimates. These changes are expected to reduce 2025 net profit attributable to shareholders by CNY 16 million. The changes, effective from October 1, 2025, are designed to enhance corporate governance and reflect current business operations.

Additionally, the board approved closing its "International Industrialization Project for Chemical Preparations" fundraising project. The remaining capital of CNY 161.0199 million from this project will be permanently reallocated to working capital for daily operations. This decision aims to improve capital utilization efficiency and reduce financial costs.

A second extraordinary general meeting on December 22, 2025, will seek shareholder approval for the revised articles of association and the reallocation of surplus funds.
