Vanjee subsidiary completes capital increase, expands business scope

Beijing Vanjee Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Vanjee Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Wuhan Vanjee), has finalized its capital increase and share expansion. This followed approval at the company's Fifth Board of Directors' Nineteenth Meeting on December 2, 2025.

Following the capital increase, Wuhan Vanjee's registered capital increased from CNY 60 million to CNY 71 million. The company successfully completed the industrial and commercial registration changes and obtained a renewed business license from the Wuhan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.

Wuhan Vanjee's updated business scope now includes manufacturing of intelligent vehicle equipment, optoelectronic devices, computer software and peripheral equipment, optical instruments, and various specialized instruments for navigation, surveying, meteorology, and marine applications.
