Sichuan New Energy Power names Li Jinsheng new general manager

Sichuan New Energy Power Co., Ltd. announced that Wan Peng has resigned from his roles as vice chairman, director, and general manager due to work changes, effective immediately. Wan Peng will also no longer hold positions in the company's controlled subsidiaries. His resignation does not impact the board's legal quorum or the company's operations.

Concurrently, the company's ninth board of directors approved the appointment of Li Jinsheng as the new general manager. The board also nominated Li Jinsheng as a candidate for non-independent director. These appointments are effective immediately and will last until the current board's term concludes, pending approval by the shareholders' meeting.

Li Jinsheng, born in September 1984, holds a postgraduate degree and is an engineer and economist. He previously served as deputy minister of business management and asset management at Sichuan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. and currently holds positions at Sichuan Energy Investment Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. He does not hold any company shares.
