Inspur Electronic Information completes share repurchase, reduces capital

Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000977) has announced the successful completion of its share repurchase cancellation, effectively reducing its total share capital. A total of 3,658,467 shares were repurchased and subsequently cancelled, representing 0.25% of the company's total share capital before the cancellation. This cancellation was confirmed on December 4, 2025.

Following the cancellation, the company's total share capital has decreased from 1,472,135,122 shares to 1,468,476,655 shares. The repurchase operation commenced on August 5, 2025, and concluded on November 24, 2025. The company cumulatively repurchased shares for a total amount of 224,998,690 yuan (including transaction fees), with prices ranging from 53.71 yuan to 69.80 yuan per share.

The share repurchase and cancellation aligns with the company's previously announced plan and fully complies with relevant laws and regulations. Inspur Electronic Information will proceed with necessary administrative procedures, including amendments to its articles of association and changes to its registered capital.
