China Greatwall schedules 2025 extraordinary shareholder meeting

China Greatwall Technology Group will convene its 2025 third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 22, 2025. The in-person session is scheduled for 2:45 PM, with online voting via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange systems available from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM on the same day. This meeting was called following approval by the eighth board of directors on December 5, 2025.

Shareholders registered by the equity registration date of December 16, 2025, will be eligible to attend and vote. Key agenda items include the re-appointment of DaXin as the company's auditor for 2025, approved by the board on October 28, 2025, and the election of Mr. Zhang Fan as an independent director to the eighth board of directors, approved on December 5, 2025.

The meeting will be held at the China Greatwall Building A, 24th floor, KeFa Road 3, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Registration for shareholders will take place from December 17 to December 18, 2025. The company will use both on-site and online voting methods, with the first valid vote taking precedence in cases of repeat voting.
