Angang Steel announces changes to audit personnel for 2025 financial year

Angang Steel Co. announced changes to its signing certified public accountant and quality control reviewer for the 2025 financial year. Following the appointment of ShineWing Certified Public Accountants as the company's 2025 financial audit institution, the initial team assigned to the audit has been revised due to internal work adjustments at ShineWing.

Originally, Mr. Zhang Jiahui and Mr. Yan Bairui were designated as the signing certified public accountant for the financial statement audit report and the quality control reviewer for the internal control audit report, respectively. Effective immediately, Mr. Dong Kebin will assume the role of signing certified public accountant, and Ms. Zhao Daning will take over as the quality control reviewer. Both Mr. Dong and Ms. Zhao possess extensive experience in listed company audits and have been involved in significant annual audit projects in recent years.

Mr. Dong Kebin obtained his CPA qualification in 2016 and began auditing listed companies in the same year, joining ShineWing in 2023 and commencing service for Angang Steel in 2025. Ms. Zhao Daning also received her CPA qualification in 2018, began auditing listed companies in 2018, and started working with ShineWing in 2025. The company confirmed that this change will not affect the 2025 financial report audit work due to an orderly handover of responsibilities.
