Suzhou Talesun wins lawsuit, avoids financial responsibility

Jiangsu Zhongli Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Talesun Solar Technologies, received a civil judgment from the Hanshou County People's Court. The court ruled in favor of Suzhou Talesun, dismissing all of the plaintiff Hanshou Haohui Solar Power Generation's claims in a contract dispute.

As a result of the judgment, Suzhou Talesun is not required to bear any responsibility, and the plaintiff will bear the case acceptance fee of CNY 116,390.6. This is a first-instance judgment, and parties involved have the right to appeal within the stipulated period.
