Shanghai Pret Composites re-appoints Crowe China for 2025 audit

Shanghai Pret Composites announced on December 4, 2025, the re-appointment of Crowe China as its accounting firm for the 2025 financial year. The decision, approved by the seventh board of directors' fourth meeting, follows the expiration of Crowe China's previous engagement for the 2024 audit. The re-appointment aims to maintain audit work continuity and service quality, considering Crowe China's scale, professional qualifications, capabilities, ethics, and industry standing.

Crowe China, established in 1985, is a special general partnership with 68 partners and 359 certified public accountants as of the end of 2024. The firm reported audited total revenue of yuan 56,893.21m in 2024, with audit service revenue of yuan 47,281.44m and securities business revenue of yuan 16,684.46m. In 2024, Crowe China served 73 listed companies, primarily across manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, and construction sectors, with total audit fees of yuan 9,193.46m.

The audit fees for Shanghai Pret Composites in 2025 will be determined based on the company's business scale, industry, and accounting complexity. In 2024, the audit fees totaled yuan 980,000, comprising yuan 680,000 for financial statements and yuan 300,000 for internal control. The re-appointment is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting.
