East Group’s largest shareholder unpledges significant block of shares

East Group Co., Ltd. announced that its largest shareholder, Yangzhou Eastern Group Co., Ltd. ("Eastern Group"), has unpledged 35,902,559 shares. This represents 4.8594% of Eastern Group's total holdings and 1.5420% of East Group's total share capital. The unpledging occurred on December 2, 2025, from a pledge initiated on May 12, 2021, with Everbright Bank Co., Ltd.

Following this transaction, Eastern Group's cumulative pledged shares now stand at 328,290,000 shares, accounting for 44.4339% of its total holdings and 14.1003% of East Group's total share capital. Including its concerted party, Xinping Huimeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the total cumulative pledged shares amount to 349,790,000 shares, representing 15.0238% of East Group's total share capital.

Eastern Group holds 738,827,828 shares, representing 31.7333% of the company's total shares. Xinping Huimeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. holds 110,094,000 shares, representing 4.7286% of the total. The combined pledged shares for both parties do not include any restricted or frozen shares.
