CATL's share capital grows following A-share conversions

Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) announced an increase in its total issued A-shares for the month ended November 30, 2025. The company’s total registered share capital now stands at 4,563,608,023 yuan.

The increase stems primarily from the exercise of share options under its 2021 and 2022 equity incentive plans. This resulted in the issuance of 525,353 new A-shares from option exercises during the period, raising the total number of issued A-shares (excluding treasury shares) to 4,375,710,417. The total value of proceeds from option exercises in November amounted to 70,355,344 yuan.

The company's H-share capital remained unchanged at 155,915,300 H-shares. The total number of treasury A-shares held by the company was 31,982,306, with no changes reported for the month.
