Jinggong Technology wins major carbon fiber production base contract in Wuhan

Zhejiang Jinggong Science & Technology (Jinggong Technology) has won the bid for the "Wuhan Qingshan High-Performance Carbon Fiber Production Base Project," with a value of 729 million yuan. This contract, announced on December 3, 2025, represents 42.16% of the company's audited operating revenue for 2024. The project, commissioned by Hubei Yuchuang Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., involves constructing two 5,000-ton high-performance PAN-based carbon fiber precursor production lines and one 3,000-ton carbon fiber production line.

The successful implementation of this project is expected to expand Jinggong Technology's production and sales scale for precursor and carbonization lines, positively impacting the company's future operating performance. Hubei Yuchuang Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. is an associate company of Jinggong Technology.

As of the announcement date, a formal contract has not yet been signed. Investors are advised to exercise caution due to the inherent risks.
