Inspur Electronic Information appoints Jin Ran as new employee representative director

Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd. (the company) held its third interim shareholders' meeting in 2025 on September 11, 2025, where it approved the revision of its articles of association. According to the revised articles, the company's board of directors will consist of seven directors, including one employee representative director to be elected by the employee representative assembly.

The company recently convened an employee representative assembly and elected Jin Ran (born in 1981, with a bachelor of engineering degree) as an employee representative director for the ninth session of the board. Mr. Jin, who also serves as the company's product engineering director and general manager of the product engineering department, will serve for a term beginning from his election until the expiration of the ninth board of directors' term.

The election ensures that the total number of directors also holding senior management positions or serving as employee representatives does not exceed one-half of the total number of directors on the company's ninth board, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As of the announcement date, Mr. Jin does not hold any shares in the company and has no associated relationships with major shareholders or management.
