DHC Software withdraws audit firm proposal from shareholder meeting

DHC Software announced the cancellation of one proposal for its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, originally scheduled for December 12, 2025. The decision, made on December 3, 2025, stems from the need for further verification regarding the re-appointment of the accounting firm. The company, in consultation with Zhongxingcai Guanghua Certified Public Accountants, opted to withdraw the proposal for re-appointing the audit firm out of prudence.

Despite the cancellation of the audit firm re-appointment proposal, the time, method, location, and record date for the 2025 second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders remain unchanged. The meeting will proceed with other proposals, including revisions to the articles of association, shareholder meeting rules, board meeting rules, and various internal management systems.

Shareholders can access the revised agenda and details of the meeting registration and voting procedures through the company’s official disclosures on the Juchao Information Network. The meeting will utilize both on-site voting and online proxy voting systems via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
