Xinyu Guoke appoints Zhang Deyuan as new deputy general manager

Jiangxi Xinyu Guoke Technology Company Limited held an extraordinary meeting of its board of directors on December 2, 2025. The meeting, presided over by chairman Mr. Yuan Yougen, saw all nine directors in attendance.

The board approved the proposal to appoint Mr. Zhang Deyuan as the company's deputy general manager. This appointment is effective immediately and will last until the expiration of the term of the fourth session of the board. The resolution passed with a unanimous vote.
