Tianshan Aluminum plans 23 bn yuan guarantee limit, moves headquarters

Tianshan Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. announced an estimated external guarantee limit of 23 billion yuan for 2026, effective from January 1 to December 31, 2026. These guarantees will support financing and operational needs of its wholly-owned subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries within the consolidated financial statement scope, including mutual guarantees. The actual amounts will be based on signed guarantee documents, allowing for flexible, revolving use of the total limit.

In a separate development, the company plans to move its registered address from Wenling, Zhejiang, to Shihezi City, Xinjiang, aiming to consolidate resources and align with its strategic deployment. This relocation necessitates a revision of the company's Articles of Association, specifically Article 5, which will update the address and postal code. Both the external guarantee limit and the amendment to the Articles of Association require approval from the company's shareholders.

As of the announcement date, the company's total external guarantees, excluding those between consolidated subsidiaries, amounted to 28.353 billion yuan, representing 105.67% of its latest audited net assets. The company states there are no overdue guarantees, litigation-related guarantees, or losses incurred from guarantor judgments.
