Shenyang Xingqi Pharmaceutical to relocate, update company charter

Shenyang Xingqi Pharmaceutical (SZSE:300573) convened its fifth board of directors' fourteenth meeting on December 1, 2025, to approve a change in the company's registered address and an amendment to its Articles of Association. The company's address will change from "China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone Shenyang Area Xinhe River Road No. 25" to "Hunnan District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, Xinhe River Road No. 25." This modification necessitates corresponding revisions to the company's Articles of Association.

These proposed changes, along with a resolution to convene the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, were unanimously approved by the board. The extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for December 17, 2025, and will address the address change and the amended Articles of Association, which require approval by a two-thirds majority of voting shares present at the meeting.

Shareholders will be able to participate in the upcoming meeting via both in-person attendance and online voting mechanisms provided by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company has also outlined the registration procedures and contact information for shareholders wishing to attend or submit proxies.
