BYD sees robust november NEV production and sales growth

BYD Co. Ltd. reported its production and sales for November 2025, showing a significant year-over-year increase. New energy vehicle (NEV) production reached 474,175 units, a 7.29% increase from the prior year, bringing the year-to-date total to 4,117,552 units. NEV sales for November 2025 were 480,186 units, an 11.30% increase year-over-year, with year-to-date sales reaching 4,182,038 units. Exports of NEVs in November 2025 totaled 131,935 units.

The company's NEV power battery and energy storage battery installed capacity for November 2025 was approximately 27.669 GWh, with a cumulative year-to-date installed capacity of 258.282 GWh. The monthly return of changes in securities for November 2025 indicated no changes in the company's issued share capital or legal/registered share capital for either its H-shares or A-shares.

As of November 30, 2025, BYD's total legal/registered share capital remained RMB 9,117,197,565, comprising 3,683,400,000 H-shares and 5,433,797,565 A-shares. The number of issued H-shares and A-shares also remained unchanged from the previous month, with no outstanding treasury shares.
