Zotye Automobile names Han Biwen new president

Zotye Automobile Co., Ltd. announced on November 28, 2025, that its ninth board of directors held its second extraordinary meeting for 2025, passing a resolution to appoint Han Biwen as the company's president. The resolution received unanimous approval. Han Biwen's term will run from the date of approval until the expiration of the ninth board of directors' term. The company's vice president, Wang Yi'an, will no longer serve as interim president.

Han Biwen, born in April 1978, holds a bachelor's degree from Anhui University. His extensive career includes various leadership roles in the automotive industry, having served at Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., Chery Jaguar Land Rover Automobile Co., Ltd., Qoros Automobile Co., Ltd., and Skywell New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. Most recently, from April 2024 to October 2025, he was co-CEO and general manager of the international marketing center at Skywell New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.

Han Biwen does not hold any shares in Zotye Automobile and has no related-party relationships with shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares, the actual controller, other directors, or senior management. His appointment complies with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association.
