Ginlong Technologies expands project locations for inverter developments

Ningbo Ginlong Technologies (SZSE:300763) has approved the expansion of implementation locations for two major fund-raising projects: the "High-voltage and High-power Grid-connected Inverter New Project" and the "High-power Hybrid Energy Storage Inverter New Project." The decision, made during the Fourth Board of Directors' Eleventh Meeting on November 28, 2025, aims to accelerate project implementation by utilizing existing factory facilities at No. 188, Jinkai Road, Binhai Industrial Park, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. This new location will supplement the original site at ZX24-01-19 Plot, Damu Bay New City, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.

This adjustment does not alter the projects' investment content, total investment, implementation entities, or the use of raised funds, which totaled CNY 1,662,172,238.71 from a convertible bond issuance. The company's independent financial advisor, Cathay Haitong Securities, confirmed that the change aligns with regulatory requirements and benefits shareholders by optimizing internal production capacity and project execution. The company plans to acquire additional production equipment at the new site to address capacity constraints for its expanding product lines.
