Boya Bio-Pharmaceutical names Li Ying as employee representative director

CR Boya Bio-Pharmaceutical Group announced the election of Ms. Li Ying as the employee representative director for its eighth board of directors. The election took place at an employee representative meeting held on November 28, 2025. Ms. Li Ying's term commences from the date of approval at this meeting and will continue until the expiration of the eighth board of directors' term.

The company's board of directors comprises 11 members, including one employee representative director. Following this election, the total number of directors who also hold senior management positions within the company, along with the employee representative director, does not exceed half of the total number of directors, aligning with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Ms. Li Ying, born in March 1986, holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Fuzhou University. She joined Boya Bio-Pharmaceutical in December 2012 and has held various roles, including planning management post, cost and budget analysis specialist, budget analysis manager, deputy manager and manager of the plasma center finance, manager and deputy director of the financial management department, and deputy general manager (in charge of work) of the CR Boya Bio-Pharmaceutical financial management department. She currently serves as the general manager of the CR Boya Bio-Pharmaceutical financial management department.
