Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. announced the latest progress on its investment in Guotai Haitong Zhongji Xuchuang Technology Equity Investment Fund (Kunshan) Partnership, also known as the "Industry Fund." The company, as a limited partner, committed RMB 35,400万元 of its own capital to the fund. This investment was initially approved on September 26, 2025.

The Industry Fund, which involves Guotai Junan Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Qianrong Capital Management Co., Ltd. as general partners, aims to strategically expand Zhongji Innolight’s investment footprint in areas such as optical communications, data centers, automotive electronics, robotics, and related industrial chains.

The company recently received notification that the Industry Fund has completed its registration and filing procedures in accordance with the "Securities Investment Fund Law" and the "Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Investment Funds." The fund's filing number is SBKE21. This announcement was made on November 29, 2025.
