Qinghai Salt Lake Industry director resigns for work reasons

Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co. (SZSE:000792) confirmed on November 28, 2025, the receipt of a written resignation report from director Bu Yi. Mr. Bu Yi cited work-related reasons for his decision to step down from his position on the ninth board of directors, as well as his roles on the Remuneration and Assessment Committee and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee. Following his resignation, Mr. Bu Yi will no longer hold any positions within the company.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Bu Yi neither directly nor indirectly held any company shares, and there are no unfulfilled commitments on his part. His resignation became effective upon delivery to the company's board of directors.

The company clarified that Mr. Bu Yi's resignation will not cause the number of board members to fall below the statutory minimum, nor will it impact the normal operation or business activities of the company's board of directors.
