Yiling subsidiary withdraws drug registration, plans resubmission

Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., received notification from the National Medical Products Administration agreeing to the withdrawal of its "Chaihuang Lidan Capsules" drug registration application. The "Chaihuang Lidan Capsules" is an innovative traditional Chinese medicine developed independently by the company, intended to clear heat and dampness, soothe the liver and gallbladder, and relieve stomach pain. It targets chronic cholecystitis, liver and gallbladder damp-heat, and stomach disharmony. The new drug registration application for "Chaihuang Lidan Capsules" was accepted by the National Medical Products Administration in June 2024.

Beijing Yiling plans to further refine its registration materials in accordance with the latest requirements from the National Medical Products Administration and resubmit the drug registration application promptly. The company anticipates this withdrawal will not have a significant impact on its current and future production, operations, or financial performance.
