Xi'an International Medical sees share pledge shuffle by major shareholders

Xi'an International Medical Investment Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Shaanxi Century Xinyuan Commercial Management Co., Ltd. ("Century Xinyuan"), released 19.12m pledged shares, representing 3.10% of its total holdings and 0.85% of the company's total share capital. This transaction was completed on November 26, 2025. The shares were originally pledged on November 29, 2022.

Concurrently, concert party Shenhua Holdings Group Co., Ltd. ("Shenhua Holdings") pledged 20m shares, equating to 33.07% of its total holdings and 0.89% of the company's total share capital. This pledge, for project construction, matures on November 26, 2026. Shenhua Holdings confirmed that this new pledge is not for meeting the company's operational needs and poses controllable risk without affecting the company's control.

As of the announcement date, Century Xinyuan and its concert parties collectively hold 718.65m shares, representing 32.10% of the total share capital. Following these transactions, the total pledged shares held by Century Xinyuan decreased from 448.95m to 429.83m, while Shenhua Holdings' pledged shares increased from 25.31m to 45.31m.
