Winall Hi-Tech Seed deputy general manager to sell shares

Winall Hi-Tech Seed (SZSE:300087) announced that its deputy general manager, Zhang Conghe, plans to sell a portion of his shares. Zhang Conghe currently holds 11,838,699 shares, representing 1.25% of the company's total share capital. The planned reduction involves up to 2,950,000 shares, which constitutes approximately 0.31% of the total share capital.

The share sale will be conducted through centralized bidding within three months, starting 15 trading days after the announcement date. The reduction is attributed to Zhang Conghe's personal funding requirements, with the sale price to be determined by market conditions. The shares originate from pre-IPO issuances, equity incentive plan exercises, and equity distribution capital increases.
