Jiaozuo Wanfang major shareholder pledges further shares

Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Manufacturing Co., Ltd. announced today that its major shareholder, Jiaozuo Wanfang Group Co., Ltd., has pledged 10,000,000 shares of the company. This transaction represents 16.08% of Wanfang Group's total shareholding and 0.84% of Jiaozuo Wanfang's total share capital. The pledge, initiated on November 26, 2025, is set to mature on March 31, 2027, with China Construction Bank, Jiaozuo Branch, acting as the pledgee for financing.

This recent pledge brings Wanfang Group's cumulative pledged shares to 14,500,000, following a previous pledge of 4,500,000 shares. Consequently, the total pledged shares now account for 23.32% of Wanfang Group's holding and 1.22% of Jiaozuo Wanfang's total share capital. The company clarified that the pledged shares are not subject to any performance compensation obligations related to major asset restructurings.
