Dongguan Holdings appoints Liu Jiao as new board secretary

Dongguan Development Holdings announced on November 27, 2025, that its board of directors approved the appointment of Liu Jiao as the new board secretary. The decision followed the resignation of Lin Yongsen, who will continue to serve as a director and vice president of the company. The board unanimously approved the resolution.

Liu Jiao, 44, holds a master's degree and has served in human resources management roles within Dongguan City's investment and transportation sectors. Her previous positions include deputy manager of human resources at Dongguan Industrial Investment Holdings Group and deputy director of human resources at Dongguan Rail Transit Co. She does not hold any company shares and has no related party connections or disciplinary records. Her term as board secretary will run until the expiration of the current board's term.

Liu has completed pre-appointment training for board secretaries and has committed to obtaining the necessary certification soon. The company noted that Lin Yongsen's resignation as board secretary will not impact its operations or management.
