China International Marine Containers repurchases A-shares

China International Marine Containers (Group) Company Limited (SZSE:000039) announced on November 27, 2025, a repurchase of 2,900,600 A-shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from RMB 8.91 to RMB 9.02 per share, totaling RMB 25,999,781. These shares will be held as treasury stock.

This transaction represents a 0.13% change in the company's issued A-shares (excluding treasury stock) relative to the existing issued A-shares prior to the event. The company's total issued shares, including both A and H shares, now stand at 2,302,682,490 following this repurchase.
