Aier Eye Hospital announces board re-election, executive appointments

Aier Eye Hospital Group held its 2025 third extraordinary general meeting on November 27, 2025. Shareholders approved all proposals, including the 2025 interim dividend plan and revisions to company policies. The seventh board of directors and independent directors were also elected. A total of 5,397,198,998 voting shares were represented, accounting for 57.8763% of the total exercisable shares.

The new seventh board of directors consists of seven members: three non-independent directors (Chen Bang, Li Li, Wu Shijun), three independent directors (Gao Guolei, Liu Duan, Tian Suhua), and one employee representative director (Zhou Jianjun). Chen Bang was elected chairman and Li Li as vice chairman.

The board also appointed key executives, including Li Li as general manager, Wu Shijun as board secretary, and Mo Qiwenn as CFO. Several deputy general managers were also appointed. These appointments, along with the newly formed special committees, signify the completion of the leadership transition for the next three-year term.
