Wintrue's associate secures key Erba mine rights

Chengdu Wintrue Holding's associate, Sichuan Mabi Shenglong Mining Co., Ltd. (Shenglong Mining), has successfully completed the transfer and registration of mining rights for the Erba phosphorus, lead, and zinc mine. This follows Shenglong Mining's successful bid in a judicial auction on September 16, 2025, to acquire the mining rights and related assets previously held by Sichuan Mabi Zhongyi Mining Development Co., Ltd. The Sichuan Provincial Department of Natural Resources has issued the "People's Republic of China Real Estate Title Certificate (Mining Rights)" to Shenglong Mining.

The acquired mining rights pertain to the Erba phosphorus, lead, and zinc mine, located in Mabian Yi Autonomous County, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. The mine covers an area of 3.0486 square kilometers, with an extraction depth ranging from 1,375 meters to 800 meters. The primary mineral is phosphorus, with lead and zinc as associated minerals. The validity of these rights extends from November 24, 2025, to December 28, 2040.

This acquisition is a crucial step for Chengdu Wintrue Holding in integrating phosphorus resources and strengthening its upstream presence in the phosphorus industrial chain, ensuring a stable supply of phosphate rock. Shenglong Mining will now expedite the handover of the mine and related assets, aiming for an early commencement of production.
