Tianshui Zhongxing adjusts guarantee limits, boosts subsidiary support

Tianshui Zhongxing Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. announced the adjustment of its 2025 external guarantee limits, redirecting 10 million yuan from Xinxiang Xinghe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to Anyang Zhongxing Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. This reallocation maintains the overall approved guarantee total of 1.97 billion yuan for wholly-owned and majority-owned subsidiaries. Post-adjustment, both Xinxiang Xinghe and Anyang Zhongxing will each have a usable guarantee limit of 60 million yuan. All involved subsidiaries meet the condition of having a debt-to-asset ratio below 70% as of October 31, 2025.

The company also reported progress on external guarantees. On November 19, 2025, Tianshui Zhongxing provided a joint liability guarantee of 40 million yuan for Anyang Zhongxing's working capital loan from the Bank of Communications. On November 20, 2025, a guarantee of 120 million yuan was issued for Xinxiang Zhongxing's project loan from Industrial Bank, supplemented by Xinxiang Zhongxing's land and in-construction assets. A further 50 million yuan guarantee was provided for Wuhe Zhongxing Bio-Technology Co., Ltd.'s credit facilities from China Minsheng Banking Corp. on November 24, 2025.

As of the announcement date, the company's total external guarantees, exclusively for its consolidated subsidiaries, amounted to 1.14 billion yuan. This represents 34.40% of the company's net assets attributable to shareholders as of the latest audited period (2024). There are no overdue external guarantees or guarantees involved in litigation that have resulted in losses.
