Originwater schedules extraordinary general meeting for December 2025

Beijing Originwater Technology Co., Ltd. will hold its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on Monday, December 1, 2025, with an equity registration date of November 24, 2025. The meeting, convened by the board of directors, will adopt a hybrid format combining on-site attendance and online voting. The on-site meeting begins at 09:30, while online voting via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange systems will be available from 09:15 to 15:00 on the same day.

The agenda includes proposals for the early termination of guarantee agreements for several subsidiaries, specifically those for Longchang City Originwater Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Xi'an Originwater Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Ji'nyuan Water Treatment Co., Ltd., Gulang County Qingyuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongning County Originwater Water Affairs Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Kunlun New Originwater Technology Co., Ltd.

Additionally, shareholders will vote on proposals for the planned registration and issuance of medium-term notes and super short-term commercial papers. Shareholders are required to register between November 25-26, 2025, either in person, by mail, fax, or email, at the company's meeting room in Haidian District, Beijing.
