Nations Technologies to renew auditor, schedules extraordinary general meeting

Nations Technologies Co., Ltd. held its twelfth meeting of the sixth session of the board of directors on November 26, 2025, via telecommunication. During the meeting, the board approved the re-appointment of Zhongxing Cai Guanghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the company's 2025 financial report and internal control audit institution for a one-year term. The proposed audit fee will not exceed 950,000 yuan, with financial report audit fees not exceeding 850,000 yuan and internal control audit fees not exceeding 100,000 yuan. This resolution awaits approval at the company's shareholder meeting.

The board also approved the convening of the 2025 Second Extraordinary General Meeting, scheduled for December 12, 2025, at 15:20, at the company's 3rd-floor multi-functional hall. All seven directors voted in favor of both resolutions, with no abstentions or objections. The audit committee had previously reviewed and approved the proposal to renew the auditor.
