Megmeet share issuance clears Shenzhen Exchange, awaits CSRC registration

Shenzhen Megmeet Electrical Co., Ltd. announced on November 27, 2025, that its application for the non-public issuance of shares to specific objects has been approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) Listing Review Center. The company received the "Letter of Opinion from the Review Center on the Application for Non-Public Issuance of Shares by Shenzhen Megmeet Electrical Co., Ltd." on November 26, 2025.
