GRG Banking secures major AI pilot test base projects

GRG Banking Equipment has been awarded two contracts for the "Artificial Intelligence Application Pilot Test Base Hardware Construction Project (Phase I) - Equipment Procurement and Supporting Services" and the "Artificial Intelligence Application Pilot Test Base Software Construction Project." The total winning bid amount for both projects is 308.38 million yuan. The hardware project is valued at 103.4 million yuan, and the software project at 204.98 million yuan.

The bidder, Guangzhou Digital Health Technology Co., Ltd. ("Guangzhou Digital Health"), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GRG Banking's controlling shareholder, Guangzhou Digital Technology Group Co., Ltd. These are related party transactions, approved by GRG Banking's board of directors on November 26, 2025, with related party directors abstaining. Independent directors also approved the transactions on November 24, 2025.

These projects will leverage GRG Banking's self-developed aiCore System digital platform, Wangdao industry large model, and GRG Computing Cloud. The aim is to build shared support and operational capabilities for AI applications, particularly in the "AI+Life and Health" sector. This initiative is expected to strengthen GRG Banking's market position in emerging AI and healthcare technologies.
