CNFC Overseas Fisheries names Ye Shaohua as chairman

CNFC Overseas Fisheries (SZSE:000798) announced its Ninth Board of Directors held its twelfth meeting on November 25, 2025. The board unanimously elected Ye Shaohua as the new chairman of the Ninth Board of Directors. He has been fulfilling this role on an interim basis since April 2025. His term will run until the expiration of the current board's term. Ye Shaohua will also serve as the company's legal representative, and the company will proceed with the necessary industrial and commercial registration changes.

Additionally, the board unanimously elected Ye Shaohua as the convener of the Ninth Board of Directors’ Strategy and ESG Committee. The committee's members include Ye Shaohua (convener), Zeng Yuexiang, Ma Zhankun, and Gu Ke. His term as convener will also run until the expiration of the current board's term.

The board also approved the "Amendments to the General Manager's Work Rules of CNFC Overseas Fisheries Co., Ltd." All resolutions received eight votes in favor, zero against, and zero abstentions, ensuring their passage.
