Changjiang Securities sets bond coupon at 2.15%, extends bookbuilding

Changjiang Securities Company Limited announced a coupon rate of 2.15% for its 2025 public issuance of technology innovation corporate bonds (Tranche 2) to professional investors. The issuance, with a maximum size of RMB10 bn, received a coupon rate inquiry range of 1.60%-2.60% during the bookbuilding process on November 26, 2025.

The bookbuilding period for the bonds was initially scheduled to close at 18:00 on November 26, 2025. However, due to significant market changes on the day, the bookbuilding end time was extended to 19:00 on November 26, 2025, after consultation between the issuer, bookrunners, and investors.

The bonds are part of a larger issuance program of up to RMB200 bn, approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The subscription period for professional investors is set for November 27-28, 2025, at the determined coupon rate.
