Guosheng Securities secures key business license for operations

Guosheng Securities Co., Ltd., formerly Guosheng Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd., announced on November 25, 2025, that it has obtained the "Business License for Securities and Futures Operations." This development follows the China Securities Regulatory Commission's (CSRC) approval on February 19, 2025, for Guosheng Financial Holding to absorb and merge with Guosheng Securities Co., Ltd., leading to the former’s name change. The company completed its name change and obtained a new business license from the Nanchang Administration for Market Regulation on October 24, 2025.

The newly acquired license confirms the company's registration with its registered address in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Guosheng Securities has a registered capital of RMB 1,935,084,653 and is authorized to conduct a comprehensive range of securities and futures activities.

Its business scope includes securities brokerage, investment advisory, financial advisory for securities transactions and investments, underwriting and sponsorship, self-managed securities, margin financing and securities lending, public fund sales, and financial product agency sales.
