Beijing Lanxum Technology revamps governance, appoints new auditor

Beijing Lanxum Technology approved crucial updates to its governance framework at the 9th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on November 25, 2025. The company will revise its Articles of Association, maintaining a nine-member board with one employee director, and transferring the supervisory board's authority to the audit committee. These changes will be submitted for shareholder approval.

Additionally, the company is updating 24 governance policies, including those for related party transactions, external guarantees, and fundraising management. DaHua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) has been appointed as the new auditor for the 2025 financial year, replacing ZhongXun Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), following a comprehensive review. These measures aim to improve operational mechanisms, enhance governance, and better protect investor interests.
