Yunnan Energy shareholder releases significant stock pledge

Yunnan Energy New Material Co., Ltd. announced that its major shareholder, Yuxi Heyi Investment Co., Ltd., has released a pledge on 3,000,000 shares. This transaction represents 2.51% of Yuxi Heyi Investment's total holdings and 0.31% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, originally initiated on November 28, 2024, was officially released on November 21, 2025. The pledgee was Huarong Guoxin Trust Co., Ltd.

Following this release, Yuxi Heyi Investment's total pledged shares now stand at 68,584,000, which accounts for 57.42% of its holdings and 6.98% of the company's total share capital. The announcement highlighted that the company's operations are normal, and Yuxi Heyi Investment's financial standing is robust, posing no immediate liquidation risk.

Collectively, major shareholders including Yuxi Heyi Investment, Li Xiaohua, Paul Xiaoming Lee, Sherry Lee, and Jerry Yang Li hold 414,677,015 shares, representing 42.22% of the total share capital. The total pledged shares across these key shareholders now amount to 189,289,754, or 45.65% of their combined holdings and 19.27% of the company's total share capital.
