Guangdong Tongyu Communication Co., Ltd. (Tongyu Communication) announced progress in its joint investment with professional institutions, specifically its capital injection into Beijing Lingkong Tianxing Technology Co., Ltd. The company, via its "Guangdong Tongyu Huazhen Aerospace Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)," has completed a 10,000 yuan investment into the fund, bringing its cumulative paid-in capital contribution to 12,000 yuan. The fund will allocate 100 million yuan for a special investment in Beijing Lingkong Tianxing Technology Co., Ltd.

Beijing Lingkong Tianxing Technology Co., Ltd. is a commercial aerospace enterprise specializing in high-speed technology services, aerospace engines, and high-speed flight vehicle product development. This investment aligns with Tongyu Communication's strategy to enhance its presence in the satellite communication industry and improve capital operation efficiency.

The company emphasized that the investment fund may face risks related to the macroeconomic environment, market conditions, and industry cycles. Tongyu Communication pledged to monitor the fund's operational status and project implementation to mitigate potential risks and will adhere to disclosure requirements for future progress.
