Shenzhen Kaifa Technology boosts capital, updates articles

Shenzhen Kaifa Technology announced on November 25, 2025, a change in its registered capital from 1,560,587,588 yuan to 1,571,680,518 yuan. This increase of 11,092,930 yuan is attributed to the exercise of stock options under the company's 2022 stock option incentive plan, with the first exercise period occurring between June 13, 2025, and September 30, 2025.

The company's board of directors approved this change during its fifteenth meeting of the tenth session on November 24, 2025. Concurrently, Shenzhen Kaifa Technology will amend its Articles of Association to align with the new registered capital and recent updates to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Guidelines for Articles of Association of Listed Companies," as well as other relevant laws and regulations.

These amendments aim to improve the company's corporate governance structure and clarify shareholder rights and obligations, with the revised Articles of Association requiring approval from the market supervision and administration bureau.
