Naura Technology Group announces change in sponsor representatives for share issuance

Naura Technology Group Co., Ltd. recently received notification from China Securities Co., Ltd. (CITIC Securities) regarding a change in its sponsor representatives for continuous supervision. CITIC Securities, the sponsor for the company's 2021 non-public issuance of shares, previously assigned Mr. Zhang Lin and Mr. Hou Shun to oversee the sponsorship and continuous supervision work.

Due to a change in Mr. Hou Shun's employment, he will no longer serve as a sponsor representative for the company's continuous supervision. To ensure the smooth continuation of supervisory duties, CITIC Securities has appointed Mr. Cao Dongming to replace Mr. Hou Shun as a sponsor representative. Following this change, the company's continuous supervision sponsor representatives will be Mr. Zhang Lin and Mr. Cao Dongming.

The company's board of directors expressed sincere gratitude to Mr. Hou Shun for his contributions during his tenure as a sponsor representative. This change is not expected to affect CITIC Securities' ongoing continuous supervision work for Naura Technology Group.
