Hubei Yihua subsidiaries complete capital increase registration

Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (Hubei Yihua) has announced the completion of industrial and commercial registration for its controlling shareholder's capital increase in three key subsidiaries: Inner Mongolia Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Qinghai Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., and Hubei Yihua Phosphate Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (Phosphate Chemical Company). The capital increase, approved on October 24 and November 10, 2025, involved a total cash injection of 1,000,000,000.00 yuan.

Inner Mongolia Yihua received 454,285,700.00 yuan, increasing its registered capital to 1,428,571,400.00 yuan, with Hubei Yihua’s ownership stake changing to 70%. Qinghai Yihua received 346,349,000.00 yuan, raising its registered capital to 1,142,857,100.00 yuan, with Hubei Yihua’s stake at 69.3% and Inner Mongolia Yihua holding 0.7%. The Phosphate Chemical Company received 199,365,300.00 yuan, increasing its registered capital to 983,593,700.00 yuan, with Hubei Yihua’s ownership at 87.43%.

Following these changes, all three entities remain controlled subsidiaries of Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
