Easyhome schedules third extraordinary general meeting for November

Easyhome New Retail Group Co. will convene its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on November 28, 2025. The meeting will be held via a combination of on-site and online proxy voting. The equity registration date for eligible shareholders to attend and vote is set for November 21, 2025.

Shareholders will deliberate on several key proposals, including amendments to the company's articles of association, the rules of procedure for shareholder meetings, and the rules of procedure for board meetings. Additionally, a proposal for the reappointment of the accounting firm will be voted upon. Proposal 1, concerning the amendments to the articles of association and its annexes, is designated as a special resolution requiring approval from at least two-thirds of the voting rights held by attending shareholders.

The on-site meeting will commence at 14:00 on November 28, 2025, at the Easyhome Building, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Online voting through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system will be available from 9:15-9:25, 9:30-11:30, and 13:00-15:00 on the same day. Registration for the meeting will take place on November 25, 2025.
