CCOOP group shareholder adjusts pledged holdings

Shandong New Co-op Supermarket Chain, an acting party of CCOOP Group's controlling shareholder, Beijing Zhonghe Nongxin Enterprise Management Consulting, released 9,966,198 shares from pledge on November 20, 2025. These shares, representing 34.32% of its total holdings and 0.06% of CCOOP Group's total share capital, were originally pledged to Binzhou Rural Commercial Bank Zhaohua Branch, with an initial pledge date of April 25, 2023.

Concurrently, Shandong New Co-op Supermarket Chain newly pledged 9,966,198 shares to New Co-op Commercial Chain Group for production and operational revolving financing. This pledge, effective November 20, 2025, also represents 34.32% of its holdings and 0.06% of the company's total share capital. Additionally, the shareholder pledged another 2,513,991 shares (8.66% of its holdings, 0.01% of total share capital) to the same entity.

As of November 20, 2025, the controlling shareholder and its acting parties have a cumulative pledged total of 1,339,789,842 shares, accounting for 30.68% of their total holdings and 7.42% of CCOOP Group's total share capital. Of these pledged shares, 956,160,952 are restricted, representing 71.37% of the total pledged amount.
