Shenzhen Airport shareholders approve articles of association amendments

Shenzhen Airport Company Limited (SZSE:000089) held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on November 21, 2025. Shareholders approved the proposal to revise the company's articles of association and related attachments. The meeting, convened by the company's eighth board of directors and chaired by Mr. Chen Fanhua, saw no resolutions rejected.

A total of 214 shareholders and authorized representatives participated in the voting, representing 1,244,778,677 shares, or 60.69813% of the company's total shares with voting rights. The resolution concerning the revision of the company's articles of association was passed with 1,226,076,957 votes in favor (98.49759%), 18,273,420 votes against (1.46801%), and 428,300 abstentions (0.03441%). This constituted a special resolution, achieving more than two-thirds of the votes from attending shareholders and their proxies.

Lawyers from Beijing Deheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm confirmed that the meeting's convening, procedures, and resolutions complied with relevant laws and company regulations.
