Yimikang Tech controlling shareholder unpledges 5m shares

Yimikang Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced on November 21, 2025, that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Sun Yizheng, has released a pledge of 5,000,000 shares. These shares, previously pledged to Jiande City Xinan Microfinance Co., Ltd., were formally unpledged. This transaction represents 10.76% of Mr. Sun's total shareholding and 1.14% of the company's total share capital. The pledge was initiated on August 7, 2025, and concluded on November 20, 2025.

Following this release, Mr. Sun Yizheng's cumulative pledged shares now total 19,310,000, representing 41.56% of his holdings and 4.38% of the company's total share capital. The company clarified that there is currently no risk of forced liquidation for the pledged shares held by Mr. Sun Yizheng and Ms. Zhang Wan.
