Siasun Robot & Automation announces change in signing accountant

Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. recently received a letter from Zhong Shen Zhong Huan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) regarding a change in its signing registered accountant. The company had previously approved the reappointment of Zhong Shen Zhong Huan as its audit institution for the 2025 financial year.

Due to internal work adjustments at Zhong Shen Zhong Huan, Zhang Hui, the original signing registered accountant, will be replaced by Li Zhizhong. Li Zhizhong will now be responsible for the audit of the company's 2025 financial statements and internal controls to ensure timely completion. Li Zhizhong became a certified public accountant in 2008 and began auditing listed companies in the same year, joining Zhong Shen Zhong Huan in 2024. Over the past three years, Li Zhizhong has signed audit reports for two listed companies and has no record of violations concerning independence requirements, criminal penalties, administrative penalties, regulatory measures, or self-disciplinary sanctions.

The company stated that the handover of work arrangements during this change will be carried out in an orderly manner and will not adversely affect the audit work for the 2025 financial report and internal controls. The announcement was made by the board of directors of Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. on November 21, 2025.
