Jiangsu Huasheng Tianlong board secretary resigns

Jiangsu Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric Co., Ltd. announced today that its board secretary, Mr. Xiang Xinzhou, has resigned from his position due to personal reasons. The resignation is effective immediately. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Xiang's diligent service during his tenure.

Mr. Xiang Xinzhou holds 71,300 shares in the company. Following his resignation, his shareholdings will be managed in strict accordance with relevant regulations governing share reductions by directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel.

To ensure the normal operation of the board, Mr. Wang Guangshou, a director of the company, will temporarily assume the duties of the board secretary. The company plans to expedite the selection process for a new board secretary in compliance with the "Company Law" and "Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Stock Listing Rules."
